Tube Council (NA) Announces the Winner of its 2024 Scholarship Program
The Tube Council (NA) is proud to announce the winner of its prestigious Scholarship Program, recognizing outstanding achievements and innovations in tube packaging design and technology.
For more than 70 years, the Tube Council has served as an open forum for member squeeze tube manufacturing companies, its supply base, customers, end users, and educators to discuss and act on industry-related topics and initiatives.
2024 saw outstanding applications from 7 high school students across North America. All entries were evaluated by a panel of judges including professors from two university packaging programs.
After rigorous evaluation and consideration of entries, our esteemed panel of judges has selected Kayla Bullock, a Senior at Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mount Holly, NJ. Kayla will graduate in June with a 4.0 GPA; she has been accepted into Princeton University to study molecular biology.
Julie Rice-Suggs, PhD, Academic Director at The Packaging School, and a member of the judging panel, lauded Kayla’s “extremely impressive resume with the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, and lots of mentorship activities. She is committed to her future and it shows.”
Kayla’s win was announced at the Council’s Membership Awards dinner on May 7th.
The Tube Council thanks all Scholarship applicants for their submissions, and congratulates them for their outstanding achievements. We are excited to see the future of this space with talent like this.
