Tube Council (NA) Packaging Education Scholarship

2025 APPLICATION

Deadline: 5PM Eastern Time on April 21, 2025

p>The Tube Council of North America is pleased to announce the annual Packaging Education Scholarship. To be eligible for the scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Have a parent, grandparent, or guardian who is a current employee of a member company of The Tube Council (North America). The parent, grandparent, or guardian must work for a member company facility associated with the tube industry.
  • Be a High School Sophomore, Junior, or Senior during the 2024/2025 school year.
  • Have a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
  • Submit the completed application form no later than 5PM Eastern Time on April 21, 2025.

A panel of impartial judges will select a winner based on a review of the entire application. The winner must show evidence of the intent to matriculate in an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school. The award recipient will be announced on or before May 31, 2025. A one-time grant of US$2,000 will be awarded to the winning applicant. Should the winning applicant enroll in an accredited college-level packaging program, an additional award of US$1,000, a total of US$3,000, will be awarded.

To receive the additional award of US$1,000, the recipient must show evidence that they intend to follow a course of study relevant to a career in the packaging industry, prior to receiving the award.

PLEASE NOTE: Incomplete applications will not be considered, and candidate MUST meet all eligibility requirements.

Question: How can the industry that produces squeezable tubes for cosmetics and personal care items, toothpaste, and pharmaceuticals make a positive impact on the environment?

Scholarships are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law. The recipient is solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of the award.
