The Tube Council recently received excellent coverage for their Tube of the Year (TOY) competition, with The Packaging School at Clemson University playing a key role in the judging process. For the second consecutive year, students, professors, and associates from Clemson gathered to evaluate the various TOY entries, demonstrating their commitment to the industry and education.
This year, the team at The Packaging School created an educational video to document the judging process and highlight the innovative entries. This video serves as an excellent promotional tool for both the Tube Council and the broader packaging industry, emphasizing the educational value and practical applications of tube packaging.
You can watch the educational video on YouTube here and also find it on LinkedIn here.
The Tube Council continues to seek opportunities to engage with educational institutions and promote tube packaging as the preferred choice in various sectors. This collaboration with Clemson University is a testament to the value of academic partnerships in advancing industry knowledge and innovation.
A special thanks to Bob Randall for facilitating this connection with The Packaging School and Clemson University. We look forward to further collaborations and increasing the impact of our annual TOY competition.
